Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received and verified.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended. In such cases, customers will be notified by email.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping times vary depending on destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):
• Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days
• International: 7–21 business days, depending on customs and carrier

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:
• Order weight
• Destination
• Shipping method selected

Any applicable shipping fees are non-refundable.

International Shipping

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

• Incomplete addresses
• Address changes after shipment

Returned shipments due to address issues may require additional shipping charges.

Returns Policy

All Sales Final on Consumable Products

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final on the following items:

• Herbal supplements
• Teas
• Topical salves
• Powders
• Oral care products

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used consumable items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To request assistance, email us with:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Approved claims may result in:
• Replacement of the item
• Store credit
• Refund, at our discretion

Missing Items

If an item is missing from your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will investigate and resolve verified claims.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:
• Opened consumables
• Used products
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered processing or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
