Are your products returnable?
Most Hapi-Life™ products are final sale.
Because our products are consumable, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
• Herbal supplements
• Teas
• Topical salves
• Powders
• Oral care products
This helps ensure product safety and quality.
Why are consumable products final sale?
For health, safety, and quality reasons, we cannot resell consumable items once they leave our control.

What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
Once reviewed, approved claims may receive:

What if an item is missing from my order?

Are shipping costs refundable?
